Yannick Therrien

With over 14 years of experience in professional piercing, Yannick’s journey began the hard way. His early apprenticeship lacked mentorship, structure, and a clear roadmap—forcing him to develop his skills through resilience, self-education, and relentless practice.

Rather than following a traditional path, Yannick sought out knowledge at the highest level—participating in multiple Association of Professional Piercers (APP) conferences, traveling across North America, and working within some of the industry’s most respected studios. Along the way, he had the opportunity to shadow and learn directly from some of the most skilled and influential piercers in the field.

Driven by discipline, an uncompromising eye for quality, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Yannick refined not only his craft, but the business behind it—becoming not only a top-tier piercer, but also a marketing expert known for building one of the fastest-growing studios in Canada.

Today, he is recognized as one of Canada’s top piercers, a thriving entrepreneur, and the founder of a rapidly growing studio with a strong digital presence and loyal client base.
