Yannick Therrien
With over 14 years of experience in professional piercing, Yannick’s journey began the hard way. His early apprenticeship lacked mentorship and structure—forcing him to develop his skills through resilience, self-education, and relentless practice.
Rather than following a traditional path, Yannick sought knowledge wherever the highest standards existed. He attended multiple Association of Professional Piercers (APP) conferences, traveled across North America, and spent time working within and visiting some of the industry’s most respected studios. Along the way, he had the privilege of observing and learning from some of the most skilled and influential piercers in the field.
Driven by discipline, a deep respect for the craft, and a commitment to the highest standards, Yannick refined not only his technique, but also his understanding of what makes a successful studio. Over time, he developed a reputation not only for precise, high-quality work, but also for building one of the most recognizable and fastest-growing piercing studios in Canada.
Today, he is known as a leading piercer, a dedicated entrepreneur, and the founder of a thriving studio with a strong digital presence and a loyal client base.
